        We lived at Hunters Run from late 2020 until March of 2024. Our experience was overall phenomenal. Our previous apartment experience prior to Hunters Run was Novus on Riverside (Previously Dwell on Riverside), which was absolutely abhorrent. Those who have lived there know exactly what I'm on about. Needless to say, Hunters Run was a huge upgrade for us at the time and we were nothing but impressed. When we moved in the apartment looked brand new despite the building being 20 years old. While the units are not fancy, they are very clean, well maintained, always freshly painted, and perfect for anyone looking for a safe, simple, nice apartment. The grounds are always well manicured, and you see maintenance out and about on the daily. The staff at Hunters Run is fantastic, during our time there we saw ownership change, and the new staff along with old staff that stuck around were always attentive, and never let problems go unaddressed. If I were to list any negatives, it would be that the entrance gate often broke, however each time it broke it seemed to be repaired within a day or two. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place on the west side of Macon.
