Ive never had an issue with an Aldi before. I even suggest them to friends and family because of their low prices and exemplary customer service, but now Im very frustrated. I placed an order on Wednesday afternoon for pick up later that evening. It was confirmed then rescheduled due to high demand. That was fine. I then received a text after 10 this morning saying my shopping has started and that they later checked out. Now 2 hours later, I receive another text that its being rescheduled again At this point Im confused because how can you reschedule after you checked it out. I call customer service because you cant call the actual store, and it was like the representative was in a completely different conversation. Sad to say, Im very disappointed with this experience.
