Would not recommend Royal Cup. Anytime Coffee is a much more reliable vendor - next day delivery for businesses. With Royal Cup my orders either never arrive or show up weeks late. Customer service is not helpful and nobody can tell you where your order is. They respond that your ticket has been escalated and a rep will call you but nobody calls and your order never arrives.

We love the coffee here! But apparently were too small of a business to even be close to receiving any kind of valuable service. Been waiting since February to receive a PHONE call from their equipment manager to get some updated coffee machines. Every time I call its less and less likely that this equipment manager doesnt exist! Our delivery guy for our coffee hasnt shown up in 2 months! I understand that they are having staffing issues but even so just a simple phone call, to let us know we havent been forgotten would go a long way!

This company apparently has wreckless drivers doing their deliveries. Almost was hit by this truck due to their speeding. Then the driver had the audacity to purposely cut me off right after they almost drove me off the side of the rode.
