University Tire

They left the screw lose on one of the cars they service for a pest control company. The pest control company car came parked on drive way and left oil marks. The pest control company told me that because university tire would take care of it. They came out, put some brake cleaner. The guy himself told me it wasnt working so that they were going to figure something out!!!!! They never called me back.

Do not have you vehicle serviced in any capacity here. Inaccurate diagnosiss. Revolving Inexperienced technicians that work off commission. These are not the type of people you want working on your car. My vehicle went from running amazing to catastrophic failure after leaving my vehicle at there Loganville location. The owner assured me he would take care of my vehicle. They put me on the hook for another 1000 dollars for a rear end that never needed replacement before seeing them. They complained about me not wanting to wait for an Athens employee to come to Loganville to look at my vehicle. Stated they didnt want to put my vehicle back together. I became worried that they needed someone from another store to look at my vehicle and also questioned why they took my vehicle apart without asking. So asked them kindly to get me my vehicle back. Next day my vehicle became inoperable. Was told by there front end girl what do you expect its a Dodge Ram. Rear ends dont go out over a course of an hour. This was after 4000 dollars in repairs over the last year at their business. So all those repairs I paid for were wiped out on the back end and they still came with there hands out for money knowing something bad happened at there shop. Dont spend your hard earned money at this place.
