Dena is absolutely the best agent we have had over the past several houses we have bought and sold. We were relocating from Seattle and could not have done it without her. She not only knows the business but was an absolute joy to work with. My husband is OCD and probably drove her crazy but she never showed it in any manner of communication. She responds immediately via text, email or call - even on off hours and weekends. You won't find a better agent, she was and is an absolute Blessing!!

My husband and I have been married for 2 years and we just bought our first home... in the middle of a PANDEMIC! Everyone knows how COVID-19 has affected the housing market, making it extremely hard on buyers. When we decided to start looking for a house, we were initially discouraged by the comments of people who told us: "you don't stand a chance against cash offers", "if you like it on the pictures you better put a blind offer before it's too late", and the like. However, we decided to trust Dena and started looking for houses. I cannot stress enough how professional, responsive and helpful she was. As soon as we saw houses we were interested in, Dena coordinated the visits, taking into consideration our work schedules. She informed us of the process and all the details upfront and was always available to answer our questions/concerns along the way. We loved how responsive she was. For instance, the day our current house was listed on the market, she was able to schedule the showing for that same evening. After seeing the house, we realized it was the one and placed an offer immediately. From that day onward, she made it a super easy process and we were able to close in only 20 DAYS!!!! She explained all the steps, helped us schedule the house inspection with one of her contacts (who was also extremely professional, clear and thorough in his explanations), helped us negotiate a few expensive repairs (like water heater needing to be replaced), gave recommendations on local utilities providers, and followed up with us after the closing to make sure everything is going well. Believe us when we say you could not be in better hands than Dena's!
