We ordered a delivery of 20 bales of pine straw. They never showed up or called. I called them to find out where my delivery was and they didnt answer or return my message. Not at all reliable. Update: Seven months after the fact, the owner wants to say that they dont deliver to my address (4 miles from them) and no work order was issued. Maybe they need to speak to the woman who took my order over the phone. She told me that there would be no problem with delivering to me and even gave a delivery window of 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Its still on my phones calendar. I dont just take time out of my busy life to make false claims on the internet. Plus, another customer had a very similar review two months after me. I have no reason to liejust saying.

Junk. Rubbish. Trash. Inside each bale is moldy old pieces of pine straw and other garbage including moss, leaves, sticks, pine cones the size of grapefruits. The exterior of the bale is nicely presented with long red straw, BUT inside is just not worth the money. At first I thought, what the heck is it with these pine straw merchants? They don't show up. Don't return calls. Don't answer phones. Looks like one has to go to the big landscaping companies and pay through the nose just to get a company to take your money and give you a pile of pine needles. Then I bought from them and will never use them again.
