    Once again having to leave a bad review. Ive had a box for about 3 years and now once again the new staff is horrible! Hire people with a personality or an at least fake it. I had a huge pkg come in that was heavy the boy working today literally gave it to the rude little girl to finish so he wouldnt have to help carry it out. I guess its time to cancel my box.

    "DON'T GET SCAMMED BY UPS" Worst customer service ever. I would never send any package through ups in my life again. I drop off my package at this location. The package was never delivered. It shows that the label was created and that's it. I went to this store twice. I have been told by the store manager that he has no idea where is my package. He said all I can do is to open up an investigation for you and that will take up to 10 business days. Never get a response back from the ups, so I called the customer service. They told me that there is no investigation open for this package. The store manager lied obviously and make it seems like he actually doing his job. I have never been asked if I want to get an insurance on my package. Every single ups employee that I have spoke with, non of them wants to take accountability. Ups charged me the delivery fees and lost my package which was worth $500 and nobody wants to take accountability..... that's so unprofessional.
