Do Not Use this company warning beware they had me me pay six thousand dollars for a boltched up job i had to pay another company to correct the issue ...they refuse to give ne any money back i am in the process of requesting suspension of their licenseve to do business because i could have been faced with a law suit because of their negligence!! Extremely disappointing experience with this drain cleaning service. They did not properly clean out my drains, and within a few days, the same problem had resurfaced. I called them twice and they hung up the phone on me. I would never use this service again nor would I recommend them to anyone. They should shut their business down. I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau to report them.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They did not properly clean my septic tank, and within a week, the tank was overflowing again. When I called to get them to fix their mistake, they refused to take responsibility for the issue and blamed me for the problem. Terrible customer service and poor workmanship. Do not use this company.

Horrible experience with this septic cleaning service. They damaged my pipes during the cleaning process and refused to take responsibility for the damage. I called to let them know what happened, and Randy cursed at me and told me to fix the problem myself. I had to spend a lot of money to get another company to fix the damage that they caused. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They were supposed to clean out my septic tank, but instead, they caused a major backup in my pipes. When I called them to come back and fix the problem, Randy was extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. I had to hire a different company to come in and fix their mess. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
