Great place to retire !!! It's a Del Webb community with all the amenities you'd expect from a resort community ! Have lived here for almost 3 years so far and my wife and I love it here ! If you're looking for a place to spend retirement with all the amenities you would ever want, check this place out . Oh and if you're a golfer, this is your place ..

I am a USN / USMC veteran and have lived here almost 3 years and love it. Was surprised to see the four (4) negative (e.g., one star) reviews. Upon reading them, I discovered that they all relate to one event: the HOA denying a USMC vet the ability to display two flags on his house because it was a violation of the HOA covenants. As an update, the USMC vet fought the HOA and won several years ago! The HOA has changed the rules to allow the display of two flags as long as one of them is the American flag. So consider this an update to the one star reviews as they no longer apply. We even have a Veterans Affairs Committee. So come check us out. Update: Weve now lived here over five years and still loving every minute. BTW, this is NOT a condominium complex but individual homes and a wide variety of amenities we hope will be fully open soon.
