Sunday Gaitor, has been more than just our realtor but now part of our family!!! Even though we did not qualify at first, she continued to guide us and fight with us every step of the way. Thanks to Sunday we are now qualified and officially homeowners. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and overall outstanding customer service goes beyond my wifes and I expectation. She literally made our home buying experience a great experience by listening and delivering what we wanted. Sundays, communication with us goes without question. She provided my wife and I memorable advice that we will carry and pass down to our children to help them when its time to buy their first home. Sunday, thank you, keep doing what you are doing. These homes show better than advertised. The price is reasonable and the interior is very nice. The reps are involved and available which is Great!

Sunday Gaitor proved to be one incredible sales representative! I would recommend her to anyone truly interested in someone who is hands on and truly interested in ensuring a great experience! I found out way too late that she could have helped my overall experience in areas other than Locust Grove! In fact those representatives in Conley for LGI homes are the COMPLETE opposite there is no customer service and absolutely no interest in customer satisfaction! It is ONLY due to their unprofessional treatment that LGI lost me as a sales prospect! Much respect to Ms Gaitor!
