Horrible, they ripped me off!! Paid $70.00 for a dead arrangement. It didn't even get delivered on the BIRTHDAY it was ordered for. When called about why there was no delivery, I was kind, and the young girl that works for this company was completely rude!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!! I wish I could upload pictures so you could see this garbage pile and see what I am seeing. Horrible!! Update: got photos to upload so you can see what I paid for vs what I got. Completely NOT what I paid for!! This photo was taken 2 hours after delivery with house set to 73 degrees. REPLY TO OWNER:. These flowers did NOT sit out in the heat and we're given to us by your delivery driver, you can confirm that by the signature you received from us... Also I do not care how much of the sale you actually get to keep!! Clearly from my photos WE did not get anything close to the product that was paid for!! And this is not including how rudely we were treated!! So your excuses are unacceptable. If you cannot deliver the product promised, you SHOULD NOT be a vendor for these sites!!
