people can be so rude.. needed to get paperwork changed due to company error ( wrong trailer number on bills) was sent to door A18 to make corrections.. walked inside up to glass at exactly 1530 ..3 ladies inside office 2 black 1 white all 3 looked laughed and hurried out the room 1 of the ladies said to be a Mrs. Gloria ( I may be wrong with name) the fact that they all saw me ( didnt acknowledge me at all until I stood there and said something to them as the tired to walk pass to not acknowledging me for the second time and kept going amazes me.. but I cant expect everyone to be courteous overall nice organized facility I will Definitely come again.. Everyone at the guard shack extremely kind The yard spotters very helpful I give 4 stars Because attitudes play a big role in professionalism as well we all still have a job to do

The best place I have ever delivered. Security very professional and informative for the process and nice and friendly too. I mean, they told me where exactly is an empty spot to drop my loaded trailer plus where my empty trailer was, with the trailer number. Salute to you all from Texas :)
