Let me just start off saying coming to this store has change my opinion on retail because of a staff member name Nakeim. This young man is Phenomenal, from the time I walked in and approached him about a certain shoe (might I add he was stocking and stopped what he was doing to make it his duty to find my item he even went to the back) this young man is the face of the store in my eyes. The professionalism, the patience, the supportiveness is unmatched. Because of his extended hand for one item I ended up getting and spending more thats was way worth it. I wanted to personally recognize him and make others aware if they want to get nice things and they want to experience a professional environment please shop there.

Jordan greeted us immediately as we entered the store. Gave us an explanation of the current sale prices. Then she checked on us and walked us to the area each time we had a question. This was while was trying to return clothing to the floor. The rest of the team was nice and greeted us also.

Who walks out in middle of a transaction, doesnt come back, and the manager says Im not going to deal with the negativity when all you did was ask a question the quality of people in todays workforce is full of urine. These folks are were extremely unprofessional.
