Majestic Nail

IM LITERALLY SITTING IN THE SHOP I came in at 6:43 to be exact they wont take me after i Ubered and their schedule online says they close at 8. Thats terrible i go here as a regular. I swear thats so messed up and as Im waiting for my Uber they RUDELY STILL ACCEPT A NAIL REPAIR! Then while Im waiting for my Uber said at 7:06 that if i spend more money by also getting another service theyll take me I just left politely. Ill be doing my own nails

IF I TRULY COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD! LULU AND KEVIN ATTITUDES ARE THE WROST ALONG WITH THE OWNER/ MANAGER!!! Lets start off with the customer service skills are TERRIBLE! THE OWNER IS RUDE!!! The employees are very rude as well. THEY ACT AS IF THEY CANT HEAR! If you ask them to correct a mistake THEY made on your nails or toes they get an attitude fast!!!! They would even say you are being to picky well excuse me but IM PAYING MY MONEY!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL ANY OF MY PEOPLE GO HERE!!! IM NOT PICKY I LIKE MY NAILS AND TOES DONE RIGHT! WHEN IM PAYING ANY MONEY DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!! THEN A CUSTOMER WONT HAVE TO TELL YOU TO CORRECT ANYTHING!!! THEY WANT TO DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO ON YOUR NAILS & TOES! GO SOME WHERE ELSE WHO WILL VALUE YOU AND YOUR MONEY! NEVER HAD A NAIL TEC TO SAY TO ANYONE THATS PAYING THEIR MONEY THAT THEY ARE PICKY! WOW
