We approached jim for pre approval of a mortgage loan. Jim responded quickly with a link to an application. We uploaded all the documents as required and he promptly gave us the pre approval letter. We have gone thru the process to secure approval for a mortgage loan. There were lots documents to get and uploaded. The process we followed was in most part pretty easy to do. After all the documents have been uploaded, we got conditional approval in one day. In summary we are very happy with Jim and his team because they made the seemingly arduous and confusing process easy.
We have done business with jim for many years And we will continue to do business with him because he is someone we can rely on to get the job done quickly and reliably

This is 2nd loan I am doing with Jim and once again he and his team has lived up to my expectations. They have actually exceeded it.
