Mr. Terry and the entire crew were great, I thought until the new system that was installed still does not work properly 6 months later. He is constantly telling me I need to pay for other items after I paid over $2500.00 for new unit he said I needed. I feel like he lied and just trying to take people for their money. The unit is stopping and not cooling. Not Satisfied at at this point and ready to seek legal counsel. Their response is that it is my right which I know. I asked if they are going to fix it so we will see the outcome shortly. 7/3/2023

PLEASE PLEASE AND PLEASE do not deal with this company. They are very unprofessional, poor scheduler and their Technician are horrible people and lied on you. Be very careful with this company.

BEWARE This service provider was assigned to my claim by Choice home warranty. First of all the SP scheduled my appointment without confirming the appointment with me for today 07/23/2020. So once I received the email about the appt I TOOK OFF and made myself available for the timeframe that was given by SP from 11am-4:00pm Unfortunately, this Company is a liar!! I called Choice home warranty @3:30pm to inform them that the SP did a NO CALL NO SHOW. The agent stated that the SP secretary that the tech tried to call me and he showed up at my address. THAT WAS A LIE!! Well, I guess they wasnt banking on me having cameras. I told the agent that they were lying . I stated that I could provide them the video from that timeframe if they need documentation. These are the facts so BEWARE of this company! They are liars and that speaks volumes for their company. Its only your and time, so choose wisely... Its very rarely I post bad reviews. However, if I have to post this to inform other individuals then I will do just that!!
