Bad customer service One friday, I was working out, and then I realized that I was the only person left, I said It must be 9:00pm. But earlier, I saw one of the lady at the front desk, she could have told me that they were about to close that I needed to leave, this is what they usually do in the other PF in Wisteria. Nobody said anything. They just turned off the light. I rushed to get my things in the locker, another employee saw me, she didn't say anything and didn't apologize. When I got to the front door, they were already locking up the place, knowing that there's still a customer inside. PF should do a better job with these employees, I feel like they are forced to work there, and this is why they are doing such a bad job

I love this location. It's 1 mile from my house, always clean, smells fresh and stay are friendly.

I would like to give thanks to Alyana on a Great job on handling my issue abd concerns quickly and professionally. Your positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for the customers is appreciated. You demonstrated excellent product knowledge during my encounter which helped me feel confident in making the decision on transferring my home location to this one. Thanks
