        Yeah.. i tried to get some flowers for someone yesterday for Valentines Day and that just didnt happen. Ordered and said it was confirmed and then called close to 6:00 and was told my payment wasnt confirmed that shouldve been communicated to me

        I experienced GREAT service today! Upon ordering an arrangement online to be delivered I left out some important information. I was notified immediately via email of my error and I promptly received an invoice to pay. Later on in the day I was contacted regarding the color of the flowers and then again contacted with a photo of the final arrangement. I was so impressed not only with the BEAUTIFUL arrangement but with the customer service I received. Once I received a photo of the actual delivery, I was SURE I had chosen the right Florist !! Thank you Bella Arrangements for helping me celebrate a special day for my family member!!

        Unfortunately, this place is not ready for business. I ordered flowers in May 11th for my moms birthday on May 12th . She never got them. The owner promised me shed deliver them herself. Never did. She promised me a refund because her employee lost her dog and she was grieving because she had recently lost her daughter. I expressed my deepest sympathy and condolences. She then promised me she would still get my mother her flowers and give me a refund. Sadly, she never did. :-(
