Visit another dental office. When I came in they told me I only was responsible for my copay. They provided me with X-rays and I declined their cleaning services because they were trying to charge me $1,000+. This was after my insurance was applied. Some how I end up with a $200 bill and all I got done was X-rays. All x rays are supposed to be charged to my insurance but they did extra things that was not covered and didnt ask me first.

I'm really not sure how they have so many high reviews as I don't believe they are conducting business honestly. I was told that I needed thousands of dollars of dental work. Thankfully, I didn't do all of it, however I did start some and was told that my insurance would cover half. My insurance decided not to cover any of it, as they said the work was not necessary. Even after the dentist office resubmitted the claim, the insurance only paid out less than $127 vs the thousands I paid, still choosing not to cover majority of the work. I did see another dentist for my next cleaning, and lo and behold I did not need any of the other work that they claimed, with the exception of 2 fillings. Given this, and the refusal of my insurance to cover, I highly doubt I needed the work that was done as well. It's a shame that we cannot trust our service providers. Lesson learned. Hopefully, I can help someone else avoid this headache.

I love how they greet you when you come and there very nice and help and anything you ask or need
