My braids turned out very nice. My edges are NEVER too tight. The ladies work pretty fast and are great at braiding. They work at a good pace and make sure to moisturize your scalp while braiding and upon completion. Augusta is always very professional and patient and ensures her stylists are as well. My favorite braiding salon! You won't be disappointed.

Ill never go back here again nor will I recommend this place even tho it right next to my house. I went in on Thursday n made an appointment for that coming Sunday at 9Am. I put my name down in appointment book which was blank for that day. I was the first appointment I got to the shop a few minutes before 9. Let me also mention that I am nine months pregnant due at any moment. And I also have a toddler, so I had to make arrangements to be able to get my hair done before I went into labor. So getting my hair done within the timeslot chosen was of the upmost importance. Anyway once I arrived (EARLY) two ppl were working n two clients were already seated. I figured whoever was doing my hair was maybe in the back. After 10min I notice one of the ladies calling the owner to tell them that no one was there to do my hair ! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I was the first one in the appt book ! I should have been priority over any walk in or anyone who made an appointment after me . Otherwise whats the point of an appointment ? Anyway I got on the phone with the owner who said that the person that was supposed to be doing my hair apparently had an emergency and had not notified them. I was asked to come back around 130 pm and somebody will be available to do my hair then when they were done with the walk ins. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL they said they would call me when done. I left the shop n ended up driving around till I found a shop able to take me on the spot. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. UNPROFESSIONAL
