I have lived at Sterling for a number of years. I have dealt with several property managers . No one has been as nice and understanding as Mrs. V. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner and any needed updates was given also in the same manner. I also like the community newsletter that are sent around every month . Plus she has done community cookouts for the residents .

The office staff is great, it's the company itself, they are out of touch with the communities that they serve!!

I wanted to take the time to write about my visit and the friendly staff. The staff was very inviting and kind and warm. They made it feel personal. The unit was very big and clean. The property was also well maintained, I will definitely be ready next month, and I will be back. Thanks for a great experience.

I have been here one year and just renew another year and the reason I renew and give it 5 start is because of Ms. V the property manager. From the time I move in she gets things done and very professional and you can count on her to get it done. Please don't misunderstand her she has a strong personality and I love it and some people may think she is rude but not.Its a great location and for a one bedroom it's a nice size and I live close by the dumpster but maintenance is great
