        Im usually satisfied with my experience at the dealership, but this time i wasnt, I had an extended warranty with you guys, just in case I had an issue down the line. Im having an issue & the warranty wont cover it. Very Disappointed!!!!! And the issue should have been covered through the manufacturer, because its a water leek.

        Terrible service department. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent service advisors as well as service techs. This particular location is only interested in selling a vehicle. They couldn't care less and will even dismiss you when it's time for the real work to begin. They lost a customer of 3 years in myself, and they are fine with that!

        I purchased a 2015 Kia on February the 20th, after 2 days of taking the vehicle home the sunroof stopped working and they refuse to fix it. Then on Friday 23rd the check engine light come on for a knock sensor code which through my car into limp mode. My car has been at the Kia dealership ever since. Adrianna Rivera was my salesperson. She did try to communicate back and forth from some what I can tell but I knew she was withholding information so I went to Kia and found out the whole truth about everything. Found out that the car was leaking oil under the valve cover into the spark plug and it needed an oil change also. The oil change is kind of funny because the sticker on the windshield said don't Chevrolet just did it. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy nobody should have to go through and worry about what I have been through with him. It makes you think with a big deal with a big name like that you should not have to worry about buying a bad car but apparently that isn't true. The real kicker is they put stickers on their car that says reputation is everything.
