Absolutely terrible. They gave a good price, took the deposit and Monday, Wednesday, Friday stalled me for almost two weeks. They finally refunded and I just went and drove the truck home. Service: Long distance hauling

The are awful! They called several times with dates that did not work with our schedule. The have had weeks notice to ship this vehicle and we are ready to leave and the car is still here! They have 2 drivers and they fail to mention that in the beginning. Then they said they had no idea when the car would be picked up. Seriously?! Avoid them!!! Service: Long distance hauling

While the contact person was friendly and professional, the rest of the job was a disaster. I signed a contract with a given (fair) price and scheduled the pick up for the following Monday. After several days of delays, they told me I would owe another $100 cash on arrival and it would be picked up Friday and delivered Saturday. They then called Friday afternoon and forced 2 people to change their plans because they wanted to deliver the vehicle Friday afternoon.The vehicle arrived safely, but I will NEVER call A and A again or EVER recommend them. Service: Special vehicle towing
