If you are going to be using a third party company, please review how legitimate they are. I received a phone call this morning and i am on the Federal DO NOT CALL list, which means the company you are subcontracting out to is breaking laws. This is a really good way of ruining your reputation and destroying your GMB score and a good way to lose some money. A violation of the Do Not Call (DNC) provision of the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) can be up to $43,792 per call. The fines for a violation of state Do Not Call rules can vary from $100 up to $25,000 per call.

I received a call at 8:30 AM soliciting services from EZ insurance, I told the representative that I already have insurance to please take me off the call list the representative said to me never ever ever I hang up on him . please look into your representatives who you guys have calling people and soliciting your services because that was totally unprofessional and I will be reporting you guys.

I was working with an agent named Jamileth. We recently purchased a house in June. Less then a month passed when she cancelled our insurance and did not mention anything to me. A couple of weeks later i received a check from the insurance refunding my money because the roof was "20 years old." Which is not true I provide paper work showing the roof was changed in 2009. We had already passed inspection. We communicated several times via email but she never mentioned that they they ending my insurance policy. This has been a huge inconvenient headache work with this horrible company.
