Goliath Exteriors

I used Goliath for a deck replacement and I appreciate the attention to detail they had with the entire project. I felt they wanted to do the job right in making sure everything was done correctly which is not always the case in other projects / contractors that I've had to work with. I would definitely use them again on other projects in the future.

Goliath Exteriors is a 5-Star company in our opinion. We had Goliath remove our old deck and build a new deck for us last year. The deck was completed in the middle of October 2023. Kelly Leblanc, the Manager at Goliath was so professional and great at getting back with us quickly.Thank you Kelly for making the whole experience so much easier than we expected! The crews they had for different phases of the tear down and construction seemed to be long term employees who cared about the project and each phase of it. We were impressed with the crews and the attention to detail. I could go on and on with praise for each and every person and crew at Goliath but I will just say thank you all! We love the deck, it is gorgeous, beautifully built, sturdy and we use it every good weather day! We would definitely have Goliath back to do another project on our home!

I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Goliath Exteriors! I am a realtor, and one of my listings had some extensive work needed to shore up the garage floor. They took the time to contact the structural engineer that inspected the property to ensure that the work would be exactly what was needed, and completed the work in less than a week. I received photos of the progress daily for our records. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend Goliath to anyone needing their wide range of services- you will not be disappointed! My coworker recommended Goliath. While they did a beautiful job painting the house, I can't recommend them for staining the deck. We spent a good amount of money with Goliath installing a new deck for us but their staining ruined the look of our deck. I don't have any knowledge about staining, and maybe Kelly should have recommended we wait a few months out to do the job when it's nice and sunny instead of going back and forth to fix the staining while it constantly rains from May-July. Kelly made excuses that we have a lot of trees in our backyard so it wasn't sunny enough for the wood to absorb the stain immediately. We had someone come out to check our deck and we were told that the staining on the stairs looked good but they did a terrible job with the rest. The new deck was supposed to be stained with only one coat but Kelly suggested they should do two after the initial bad job. Kelly made it seem like she was doing us a favor by not charging us for labor when it was their mistake. In the end, we didn't have Goliath finish the job because we don't have enough confidence in their team and poor service. Thanks again, but we won't be recommending them to friends and family. :)
