This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get the issue with my floors resolved for over an year know one will return my calls or emails. They installed a wood floor and in 2 days the floor started to splinter, simply floors realized there was an issue with the floor they removed the floor and installed another. I am having the same issue and this time they have sent out 2 inspectors both said the floor is defective and the installation was done incorrectly. You would think they would resolve the issue but no they are just blowing me off. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else unless you like to throw away $15,000 dollars

Highly recommend SimpleFLOORS in Lilburn. Stan was very helpful & went above and beyond to locate the matching flooring for our restoration repair project at our home; having actual samples pulled from the warehouse & bringing them to my home to compare. Great customer service! Great install!

My house suffered major water damage and the floor had to be replaced but Simple Floors Inc was so easy to work with, they completely change the look of my floor. Their services is Amazing. I highly recommend Simple Floors Inc to everyone who is looking for flooring service.
