Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Sunday, March 24th at 9pm. I'm in line 30 minutes. The drive thru person says they have been waiting for chicken tenders to cook. Utterly ridiculous! I gave never waited in line so long to place an order for Zaxby's in my life. Terrible service is an understatement!

Went through drive through. After placing my order, they asked me to hold on for LITERALLY 8 MINUTES! When I received my food, the egg rolls were COLD, the fries were BARELY ANY! When I asked if they could fix it, and how patient I was, she went and asked the manager and he said NO! .... THIS LOCATION IS TRASH. I DON'T EVER LEAVE REVIEWS, BUT HAD TO! WHERE'S THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! ZAXBY, YOU NOT ONLY NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BUT MANAGERS AS WELL!!! Service date 3/15 @ 8pm

If I could give them no stars I would! Absolutely horrible service. My family and I went there last night paid almost 50.00 for our meal. When the order was given. The wings was cold just threw sauce on them. Chicken fingers was also cold. Fries was overcooked. As I placed my order I completely stated to the cashier to make sure the foof is hot and fresh!. These establishments hire teenagers and young adults that do not have good customer service . And expect customers to be ok with the food they are given. This needs to stop! Poor management what so ever. Then they laugh and thinks it's funny. I will never come there again. This place definitely needs to be checked ! To the cashiers and cooks there . Please have some kinda respect for your customers or you will loose good people to the lack of your bad customer service.
