BAD BUSINESS!!! Unless you want your vehicle sitting for months dont come to this shop. Theyre too busy to take in work like they say. Maybe they need to hire some staff!! However my nephew complained that they never repaired the main issue and had another shop fix the actual problem

Do not go here if you want your car repair to last longer than a month. I recently brought my challenger here because it was overheating and needed a thermostat replacement. My car started overheating again less than a month after it was "repaired". I went back to this shop because I had a warranty but they refused to look at my car for five days and they came to the conclusion that they could not locate the issue. I brought the car to a different repair shop and the issue was fixed the same day. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

I recently left my Toyota 4Runner with these guys after it broke down on the highway. Far away from home and desperate to get my car back as soon as possible, the situation was urgent and stressful. I also was quite nervous leaving my car with a company I had no relationship with. While it took them a day to diagnose the issue (understandable, as I had no appointment), CB was honest, understanding of my hesitations, and quick to address the issue upon diagnosis. I had my car back the following day, and it is running smooth as silk. With their advice, I also feel well equipped to maintain the car in the future, to avoid the fuel issues that brought me to them in the first place. If I am ever in need of service in this area, I think I may just have to give these guys a call. They really were first class, and helped to make a stressful situation a bit easier to handle.

Had a customer come to us after they had work done here. They left bolts loose to the point where it was unsafe. When we call them to talk about compensation they said they would only accept a tow truck bringing the vehicle back to them. Seeing as they do poor work there the customer and us were not willing to have the car back at their facility. The customer will be losing money from having their car worked on there. We will be going through Napa to try to get her money back. Poor work and poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee towed here in late November 2023 due to a massive oil leak (5+quarts leaked out into driveway one cold night after having slow leak for 6+ months and wouldnt start). It took over a week for a call back, which was fine at the time, as i wasnt in a rush. I was told there was absolutely not a drop of oil leak and instead was diagnosed with a bad battery, need for radiator and thermostat replacement, and a trans pan leak. I probed so many times on the oil leak, and was told it wasnt oil, it was transmission. CB said he and his mechanic drove it around. I was quoted over $2,700. I did not feel comfortable having the work done, as I was 100000% sure I had an oil leak. It wasnt a question on my end - more of a statement. I said Id just pay for the battery and pick it up. I was told the radiator was in such bad condition that I didnt need to even drive it to the store or the engine would blow. This was odd, as my car has never even slightly run hot. Nonetheless, I paid $1,495.00 for a battery, radiator and thermostat as I didnt want to lose my car. I finally got the call to pick it up over 3 weeks later, and didnt even drive it to the red light on Lawrenceville Hwy/Beaver Ruin before I could smell the oil burning. After driving 30 minutes to my destination, I had no oil in my car. I put over 30 quarts of oil in my car (no exaggeration) within 2 weeks after picking my car up from Lilburn Auto. They couldnt have even driven my car around the corner without not only smelling, but seeing a major oil leak. Luckily, I employ a team of diesel mechanics who were able to diagnose the probable issue within 5 minutes. Oil filter housing was cracked. No transmission leak at all. I ended up taking it to the Jeep dealership after being burned by Lilburn Auto for $1,500. I had to pay another $1,491 to Jeep to fix the actual issue/oil leak. Jeep said theres no way I should have needed a radiator or thermostat with the year and miles on my Jeep. I didnt even ask for that information, but they told me I got ripped off by Lilburn Auto. I also feel like the inability to find or identify such a massive oil leak makes me wary of their expertise, or lack thereof. With all that said, CB was a very nice person and seems to be a great salesman. Just be very cautious if youre a single woman like myself - you may just get taken advantage of. This was a huge hit to take at Christmas time as a single mom.
