I highly recommend Zmc associates .When it comes to professional , customer service and getting the job done . Zephrina goes above and beyond for her clients .I learned many things how to improve my business and remain successful with a Strong business plan and great financial advice.  I thank everyone at Zmc and associates for the hard work and sacrifice they put in to make the clients  happy .

I applied for a PPP Loan and wanted them to do my taxes. Yes I did get my money for my loan but I heard no further instructions on how to pay it back or anything of that nature. I also never heard anything back about them doing my taxes but I got an invoice saying that I was being charged for them doing them but no proof that anything was done. Mind you Ive been trying to get in contact with them for over a month and not one call back or email. Also I dont know how they did it but the took it upon themselves to take the money out of my account before the due date and still havent heard anything. If you like to get every detail about things that are going on dont go here I think its only 2 women and they cant juggle every task professionally.
