Went to get my hair cut and colored last week. I've really taken time before posting this but I'm still furious! I made an appointment talked to hair stylists about exactly what U wanted, sent her pictures of my hair everything before getting there. Day of I sat down in her chair to be told well I can't do that! What? I tool off my job to get my hair done. Well I can see you're upset if you want you can leave? Excuse me! Oh I know all about hair and I ain't doing it. Girl my daughter can witness I kept my tongue but not my facial expressions I was hot. So I'm paying you and you won't do it, exactly why not tell me this before I came. Still believe it or not I stayed let her cut and do WHAT SHE WANTED not what I wanted. She NEVER asked me how I wanted to cut or colored just done it. Disappeared the whole 40 minutes of set time and said not another word to me. I paid 90.00 for something I was not the least bit happy about. She constantly was checking her phone or talking on it just the worst hair experience I've ever had and really the worst customer service ever! Won't be back!
