why is there a $50 deposit to try on ball gowns?? and if you dont like it you cant even get your money back??? stupid.

My son and his gf went to try on prom dresses. First they went and was told she needed to have a parent or guardian to try on the dress. They had to drive all the way back to get me. We get back and they have rolled down the gate. I asked could she please try on a dress as they both work and today was the only day they could and was advised that they couldnt. The girl was nasty and yes I responded just as she responded to me nasty. I get the mall was about to close but when its more than 10 mins til closeting why is the gate down and they were nearly the only store that way. I am pissed and wouldnt dare step foot back in that store. We will find somewhere else to get a dress. I dont do ride kids AT ALL!

My mother and I went on 3/17/2024, and we had a pretty good experience. We booked online, were greeted right away, and left with my dress within a hour. I tried on multiple dresses, and left with my ideal version of the dress. Their only flaw is when it comes to the garment bag. You are given a black bag, to us it was a long garbage bag, to take your dress home in. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience!
