I was referred to Voice Connect through Marko Rubel's real estate program. I didn't really have a good understanding of how to establish my phone system prior to getting in contact with them. I spoke to Nina Mora, who is quite possibly one of the nicest and most warn people I think I've ever talked to. She spent over half an hour walking me through all of my options and answering all of my many questions. She really wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed without trying to add more to my bill. She explained that because Voice Connect bills on a month to month basis, I could always upgrade my package as I increase my marketing. Nina made me feel like I was of particular importance, and not just another caller that she had to deal with. I always feel like I can call her directly with any questions or concerns I have and she is always happy to talk to me and ask me how I'm doing. I can't speak for the company as a whole, but I would encourage anyone, especially those affiliated with Marko Rubel to call and ask for Nina Mora. My experience with her in particular has been superb.
