        I shipped a laptop from here but the box arrived to the destination empty. I called the owners of this UPS store for them to basically brush me off. Even though the label clearly stated the weight of the box from initial drop off they said it wasn't their fault and weren't going to do anything about it. I never came back to this store, I go to a much further location just to avoid them.

        Your package is delivered to your front door. Go outside to realize it's not there. Driver realizing its easier to just mark it as delivered vs actually doing my job since it was over 100 lbs and raining... Can't wait for Amazon to shut down this dog water company down.
