        Your package is delivered to your front door. Go outside to realize it's not there. Driver realizing its easier to just mark it as delivered vs actually doing my job since it was over 100 lbs and raining... Can't wait for Amazon to shut down this dog water company down.

        The quality of customer service from the employees at this location is very poor. This store always has very long waits and does not take time to package items so that they are not damaged in transit. Would not recommend shipping from this store.

        I went in late Friday afternoon and had a really important and sentimental item to ship to a friend cross country. I was not prepared and needed assistance. The staff went above & beyond to help me. The item was packed and secured way past my liking! It was, frankly, an ideal UPS Store visit / transaction!
