Right Time Septic

I had the distinct fortune and pleasure of working with Ernie whilst in the midst of an out-of-state home purchase. Knowing absolutely nothing about septic tanks, their care and/or upkeep, Ernie completely eased my mind with this purchase by reviewing questionable documentation received and calling the company for more information. Ernie let me know that the work which had been done met with his approval - that was enough for me. AND he did this at no cost to me. He asked instead that I donate to the Atlanta Childrens Hospital. Ernie didnt work with me from a task list, he took the time to educate me, the consumer. It is this facet of his companys modus operandi along with his work and personal ethics which will keep my family calling Ernie for all of our needs in his area of expertise. As stated above, Ernies charity of choice is the Atlanta Childrens Hospital. If you are so inclined, please give a donation to them.

My septic backed up. Ernie did an exceptional job. He walked me through the whole process. He went beyond the scope of the job. He ended up replacing the baffle, pumped drain field , jet pressure to clean out interior. Im very pleased and will recommend this company to everyone. I will be calling them back when its time to do the maintenance pump. Thank you so much Earnie.
