Since I moved with my family to this apartment I began to notice several problems that I have been documenting such as. mold, electrical, water leaks, gas pipes, paint peeling off the bathtubs, etc. I have sent several emails reporting all this but they have all been ignored and every time I show up at the office there are people complaining about different problems.

The boiler in our unit needed replacing. A nice guy from maintenance came to replace the boiler. Not only did he replace it but he cleaned out the boiler room before putting in the new one. Thank you to maintenance man Roberto and the office for getting this resolved.

The people who run the offices are very friendly, helpful, the service is excellent, the facilities are very nice, clean, the area is quiet. Sori, she is a kind and sweet girl, she was a great help to me. I managed to move in a very quick time.

The truth is, I lived for two and a half years, the first year was very excellent, but the last one was the worst, starting from the moment they changed Estefany. She was a manager, but the one Ana is in now is very disgusting. I just moved somewhere else and only for her. carpet wants to charge me 350 and that when I came in it wasn't new she shouldn't be there and she doesn't help the residents so that's two 3 stars
