Our home shopping situation was a little different from the ordinary. My wife and I lived in NY at the time but knew we wanted to move to the Atlanta area; we just didnt know anything about the surrounding areas. Our entire experience was communicating with Kara from up north and letting us know what we wanted. We came to GA and within a week, we were in contract. We worked with Kara Corley and she really made the entire experience easy. Kara really listened to our needs and requirements, advising us on what was realistic and what areas they were realistic in. Kara managed to show us exactly what we asked for with additions, instead of showing us any home in our budget. This was a task well-handled since our asks kept changing. Kara detailed knowledge of homes and areas was paramount. Kara was really a one shop service. She gave us few choices on Home Engineers, Lenders and closing attorneys. In total we looked at like only 8 homes and of those, found our forever home. Kara is truly a realtor we HIGHLY recommend. Truly a team of expert advisors! The entire team made the experience seamless from beginning to end. But my biggest thanks goes to Kara Corley. She is an amazing agent and greatly reduced the stress of selling our home. She was able to meet BOTH our time-frame and price to sell. I would absolutely have her as an agent again and highly recommend!

With high interest rates we were concerned that we would have trouble selling our home; however, I listen to the 104.7 the Fish and like the phrase Cousin with an EAU were going to sell your home.So I call and setup an appointment and the whole team was awesome. Kara Corley was exceptional helping us with the entire process. I have never heard of back up buyer and second backup buyer until working with Kara and she knows her stuffWe got full asking price even with the interest rates going up to 7/8% so the slogan EAU we're going sell your home is true.and very pleased with the entire process. We had a roller coaster of a ride with a few offers that fail through at the ninth hour; however, Karas skill and ability had us going onto the next backup offer. totally awesome service. The final 3rd offer was the winner; however, that was a long road trip. Kara continued to help us keep clam regarding the process of dealing with delays and other what we believed were unrealistic demands from the buyers. So, all in all, Tracys whole team is awesome, and Kara exceeded any expectation and when if I sell again, she will be the first to contact as if you want your home sold. My husband heard about Tracy Cousineau Real Estate from a business card he picked up. After further research, we decided to meet with one of their agents to help find our first home. Our agent, Kristie, was AMAZING! She was diligent in providing us listings within our budget and preferred locations, she was flexible in giving showings, and she answered our questions no matter what time of day. There was one house that came onto market 2 days prior, and Kristie was already giving us a showing. I fell in love with the home, and Kristie even met us the next day at the property because my parents wanted to see the house too. I made an offer immediately, and Kristie worked super fast to contact the selling agent, arrange the earnest money collection, and work through a counteroffer. The selling agent even cancelled the open house, which made us so hopeful! The real estate market moves fast, but Kristie moves faster. I highly recommend Tracy Cousineau Real Estate Advisors. My husband and I were very happy with our experience.
