such a waste of money. Still seeing activity no matter what. They always have an excuse but never offer any money back. I sent so much proof that bugs are still roaming. Nothing is ever done. I think the inside of my house has been sprayed twice out of the whole 12 months?

Fraud and miss uninformed, The person that came Jeff told me/usthat the treatment would cost us $559 TOTAL and we can pay in payments. We had agreed on a payment plan with $59 down on 04/03 date of service. Later that afternoon while shopping for groceries my debit card declines due to -$300 on my bank account and I come to realize that I was charged a total full amount of $559 that I did not agree on.
I immediately call Terminix to let them know about the situation and stated that they do not offer payment plan and I would have to talk to someone in admin? Then why was I offered a payment plan? Why was I told that I can make payments for this treatment?After several hours waiting to get a phone call we never received a call and by that time my bank had already charged me a late fee. It took Terminix 3 days to refund and finally have funds into my bank account and yet again today 04/07 I am negative -$559. Yet again I find myself stressed and confused on how Terminix makes business and clearly their workers are unaware of the billing process. Today Ive been told that my treatment costs me $559 up front and after 3 months its $59 monthly for a year. If that was the case I would have never agreed to this service/treatment I could have contacted another company.
Terminix has put me and my family on a financial strain and will never make business with you again
Please think twice before you spend money with these people no one is ever in the same page and never answer to our phone calls/questions.
