Unprofessional, I did not like the way requests were handled, one note maybe operate with humility toward clients. My vote is do not use these guys

I called Tim at Southern Painting for a quote to paint the shutters, trim, and front door of my house and to stain my back deck & pergola. He arrived on time and I walked with him around the house, showing him what it is I needed. He was polite and attentive, took notes and pictures, and asked follow-up questions to be sure he had all of the information he needed. I received a detailed quote within a couple of days, directed him to proceed, made color selections, and a few days later a crew came out and pressure washed / prepped the areas that needed to be painted. After a couple of rainy days, they came back and painted everything within a day. Tim came back out to check that the work was done correctly, directed his crew to touch up a few spots, and signed off on the work. On my personal inspection, I did not find any areas that needed extra attention. I found my experience with Southern Painting to be an excellent one. They were polite and communicative, and very professional to deal with. For the service and product they provide, their pricing is quite reasonable. Service: Exterior painting
