I absolutely love coming to this office. The ladies at the front desk are always so kind and welcoming and the nurses make you feel so comfortable and always make sure that youre feeling good. I have come here for both of my pregnancies. Second time around I had a high-risk pregnancy and Dr. JEAN Giles took the absolute best care of me and my daughter. He always made me feel safe and always answered any questions I had. He did a great job of making me feel seen and heard for both pregnancies. He also has delivered two of my family members babies. You can say we absolutely love him. I occasionally saw the mid wife Karif and she was always amazing and very helpful. Definitely will be coming back for baby number three and for an occasional compliment.

If I could rate this office a 0 star I would! But I had the worst experience at this office!!! The midwife Karief Lacroix mis diagnosed with without having an ultrasound nor blood work done. Stated youre pregnant but I think you are miscarrying didnt tell me to go to urgent care nor the ER after saying that. I went to the room next door to get blood work drawn and the ladies there were soooo nice. But the front desk mid wife arent professional the front desk doesnt even greet you when you walk in. Its like they are mute I am beyond disappointed bc not only did she mis diagnosed me but I went straight home after that in pain that was last Thursday I had been bleeding for two weeks already. By Saturday I went to the ER bc I couldnt tolerate the pain anymore and they said I had a ruptered ectopic pregnancy. And on top of that today I called to speak to a manger or a supervisor in charge and the young lady who answered Davis was extremely rude as to when I said I could speak to one she said when the hire one how do you have an office without some type management????????? Then called again my sister spoke to someone else this time because I just couldnt call again since I was answered by the rude Davia. Daisy answered and again rude customer service she said well tell the dr once I end this call but you could hear her laughing in the back ground and when my sister asked her whats funny she answers its the mid wife in the back talking to someone else

I am a nee patient and I had such a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and I was scheduled to have my Nexplanon removed the same week. I didnt wait too long and Shamica was personable and extremely knowledgeable.

Extremely unprofessional office. They rush your visit and make you feel like you are being pushed through like cattle. They give incorrect diagnosis and make you feel like your problems you have do not matter to them. I would not even recommend this office to my worst enemy. DO NOT GO HERE
