We all know buying a house is scary... Well that is unless you have Mr. Bob LeMoine and Ameris Bank on your side. Mr. LeMoine was there every step of the way from giving me advice on how to bring my credit up to helping me understand my finial closing documents. 13 out 10 would highly recommend.

Bob has been my go to for the last 3 home purchases and each time - he knocks it out of the park - removing unnecessary fees and getting things done quickly. I will use him and his team for my next home purchase as well! He responds quickly with email and phone calls - and is proactive so you never need to follow up with him! I would highly recommend Bob to anyone financing!

Bob is a Rock Star! He helped me obtain a mortgage for a second home. He was always available to answer my many dumb questions and did exactly what he said he would do.
