WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Tran Bao is the worst insurance agent you can talk with. Their insured driver back in our basketball hoop, broke it and take off ( hit and run according to the local police report) Is being almost a month and half refuse to pay for the damage and replacement of the hoop after I sent them lots of detail pictures of the existing damage and similar new because I didn't kept the sale receipt. The goal concrete place having also the date of year when my kids wrote on the concrete at the installation. A shameful agent and insurance. If you ask to speak with a higher management you can spend hours of hold time without answer.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Their insured hit me, its been a month, they havent covered anything, not even the rental car. Erica Collier is extremely devious, claims they have not been able to get in contact with their insured (who admitted fault at the accident scene), refuses to call me (even when Ive told her to) except for the initial interview, which was recorded, only responds to 1 email a day, is very short in her answers, does not explain anything. I have to pry information out of her. I dont see how these people sleep at night. Upon talking with her supervisor, who was just as poorly-skilled in as she is, he had the gall to tell me thats not what the recording said after I told him this is YOUR insureds fault!!! What is going on?! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!! They are only in it to make a buck and have been purposefully stringing me along.
