Wow, I am simply thrilled that Dhara Shan picked up an answered the phone when I called John Sill Farmers Insurance Agency. She was exceptional. Very Polite and very understanding. She took the time to explain everything about both policies for me. We were on the phone for a bit of time but it was time well spent. Her concern about getting everything right was exceptional. I am happy to have both my home and car insured by John Sill Farmers Insurance. Dhara Shan really restored my faith in the insurance industry....kind, considerate, and caring. She did her best to review my policy to see if there were any savings. Way to go Dhara!!!!

On May 1, 2024, I contacted Farmers Insurance to resolve an issue regarding the home insurance cancellation. The person who answered my call was the agent Sagojeva. Ms. Sagojeva provided top-notch professional assistance on multiple occasions: She promptly identified the discrepancy between the property inspection report and the underwriter's interpretation, which led to the initial policy cancellation on May 20, 2024. Upon discovering the misinterpretation, she determined that the policy cancellation was unnecessary. Throughout the process, Ms. Sagojeva exhibited patience, respect, and articulate communication skills, effectively safeguarding the company's and its clients' interests.
