        I have been a customer for 4+ years. Some agents give American Family a bad name such as this one. Please do yourself a favor and choose another agent who won't talk with you rudely over the phone or generalize you with people from your culture. Stay away from this agent and find another. You will not get the proper American Family customer service treatment at this location. If you are assigned this agent, ask for a different agent. No one should have to deal with rudeness for asking simple questions about your policies. Stay away!
