        There's no workout bench in the workout room. I don't know why. I will ask, though. The pillows in my room are amazing! The pillows are what keeps me from going to their competition.

        Spent one night, front desk is amazing super friendly. Clean room only thing was that on the sheet looked to have a bit of oil stain but other than that was clean. Enjoyed the stay and quiet to relax.

        It was not the luxury I expected for a jetted tub. It's just jets in a tub. It looked beautiful online. I thought this was misleading. Very basic. The location is great. There are plenty of places to eat with a variety of choices. You can even walk to some. The staff is kind and accommodating.

        I had been staying at this hotel for a few weeks. One night I had to change rooms and they put me in the worst room in the entire hotel. The lock on the door didn't work, no hot water, and the toilet ran all night. I called up to the front desk and she did nothing. The manager wasn't there because it was the weekend and when she got back on Monday she did nothing. That night that room was horrible. I'm disappointed because everything was okay up until this point. I called customer service and they did nothing. The manager said she would speak to the general manager and call me back but I have yet to hear from her and that was 2 weeks ago. On top of that I'm a IHG rewards member. I will never stay at this location again. Rooms: Old

      Ms. Keeya M.,You had stayed with us for 12 nights, but not without complaining about everything in the hotel. You were asked to move multiple times to make sure you were accommodated accordingly. However, whether it was a toilet, noise from adjacent rooms, hot water, the door locks, or the room furniture, you listed anything to get a free stay. As an IHG Rewards member, you were offered additional points, but refused to receive them. It wasn't until we let you know that we had zero availability that you decided to check out. We hope this clears up any confusion and we hope you enjoyed your stay with us.
