This office does not commit to their mission statement. They do not communicate with the patients, they miss appointments, they are not dependable. I have met some pretty good nurses but they left the company.

Ms.Moniqueomggggg shes great. She took her actual time out her busy schedule to look for the info that I needed. It was a lot of back and fourth going on but no answers and she gave me the answers I needed. I greatly appreciate you Monique, I really do.

Have engaged this service for nursing care for my dad in assisted living. Dr sent work order to service on 3/2 and service was needed by 3/6 and as of today not provided nor have they contacted myself or Dr. It took a call from Dr and assisted living office to get them to acknowledge the work order was received last week, but still no action. He also gets PT thru them and that is acceptable. Please research companies that care for your family and read reviews not just look at

Father was discharged from the hospital several days ago, with the assurance that he would be contacted by them and someone would be out the next day or following day to make sure he was safe to be alone and knew his limits and so on. This NEVER happened. Not surprising, with the reputation theyve made, however, as weve told our attorney, in addition to hindering his recovery after a complete joint replacement, the chance of an injury without anyone helping him know his limits increases daily without any assistance. Weve of course called the hospital, surgeon, attorney, and every number we have for this company, local and higher up, only to be ignored and told more lies he would be contacted. They absolutely dont follow up and dont care!
