I was seen by Dr. East for a dis herniation procedure, he was very informative and friendly. Staff was also very helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr. John West is very professional & listens carefully. I didnt feel rushed at all. He read my file & explained everything to me ( as was a new paitent). Thank you so much

Dr. West, Ms. Bertram and the entire staff are EXCELLENT! Ive been a patient for many years and Ive never called when I was sick and not been seen the same day or very soon after. When youre not feeling well, you need to be seen sooner than later. Ive heard horror stories from other people about how their doctors dont respond or cant see them for quite a while. Whats the point of having a doctor if you cant be seen when youre sick? The entire staff is always friendly and that is so refreshing. As others have stated, they both never make you feel rushed and they never keep you in the waiting or exam room for very long. I dont know how they do it, but they have mastered the art of scheduling. I almost hesitate to write this review because I never want them to get so busy that all these great things change.
