I've had past lawyers who I felt were not working with me, but against me. So was so nervous having to get another one. They honestly were the best, very thorough, professional. And worked on my case as if I were the most important client. I highly recommend if you're ever in a situation and need help.

I called seeking representation for a custody case. I was rudely told that I must call the state that I was divorced in. Part of what I needed was to bring my divorce decree to GA from another state, which is called a foreign order domestication. I did call the other state, they told me that the person who told me it was their problem was wrong. When I called back to relay the information so that I could set up a meeting with a lawyer, this person got rather rude and told me in a rather annoyed tone that domesticating a divorce decree was not going to happen, there was no way to do it. Of course this person was completely wrong, rude, and made me feel like I was a complete idiot. I went with a firm in Lawrenceville that were very good and treated me and my case with respect and care.
I would never consider this firm again and I would never speak well of them if asked. I could only recommend that the people you allow to answer your phones be trained better, most people are calling on the worst day of their lives and are not well versed in the law, so maybe a bit of understanding and patience is in order.
