Jason was exceptionally responsive to my dilemma. I had suddenly lost business email capabilities and after hours and hours and days and days of the runaround with Microsoft 365 reporting and protocols, Jason helped me get thru that maze and explained how exactly to get a real person on the phone to get help. He spent a very long time exploring my situation before he found out that the situation was all in the hands of MS 365 servers therefore I had no choice but to go back to them. But, using the 'tricks' he gave me, I was connected with a tech in no time who then fixed my issue and within 24 hours all was back to normal AND I learned a lot about running that maze! He is very patient, very knowledgeable, very kind and most of all, very understanding because HE LISTENED! Do not hesitate to call him if you have ANY IT software or hardware issues! This company is awesome!! They have completed several projects for us and they really know their stuff!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having any computer issues that you can't fix!! They saved our Company lots of wasted time by turning it over to them!! I am so glad we did!!
