Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food was hot, fresh and tasted great! The lady at the front was very sweet and made me feel welcomed. All the tables were clean, floor clean and bathrooms were clean. It's been a long time since I've visited a fast food that met all the expectations and I hope they keep it this way for when I come back.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is what Zaxby's calls "fully loaded fries." As a matter of fact, I have a household of seven and eat here weekly. We will never ever return again. Not only did the manager have the option to make this correct by adding bacon to both of our orders, He also refused to come out and speak to me regarding the order and just talked through the window explaining that "that was all the bacon that you receive on these orders." I know this to not be true because I in fact have ordered here multiple times and get the same order every time. As I explained to him that I would not be returning and that I would be reaching out to corporate ( which I already have) I proceeded to hear laughter from him and the young ladies in the front. Continue to have him running the store and you will lose customers real quick.
